Sioux is the dog that started it all for me. He was given to me by Donna Doubler. He was already trained for agility and we had a couple of years of competing in agility before I got the conformation bug. He is the very first Champion I finished. It took him a year to get his Altered Championship because we could not find and altered majors. Sioux is now retired and living with Mandy and her kids.
In March of 2015 Sioux was diagnosed with severe kidney failure. After exploring treatment option we decided to euthanize per our vet's recommendation. We did not want our boy to suffer a hard, possible lonely death. He went surrounded by love into a peaceful sleep. He will be sorely missed by all.
